Neck Sculpting Wand Review: Reduce Jowls & Double Chin Naturally
Why I Tried the SBLA Neck Sculpting Wand XL
I was gifted the SBLA Neck Sculpting Wand XL to review and give my honest opinion. I am 35, so jowls are not something that I currently worry about, but I do worry a little about my neck. The amount of time that we all spend on our phones, especially when you work in social media, you have a high chance of getting “tech neck”. This is also known as the deep lines in your neck by having your neck in the downward position for long periods of time. This blog post is about SBLA Beauty’s Neck Sculpting Wand and some results from customers. It’s supposed to melt any fat along jowls and under your chin. I will also give you some suggestions on how you can prevent “tech neck”. Interested in purchasing the SBLA Beauty Neck, Chin & Jawline Sculping Wand or the XL? What is “Tech Neck”- And How to Prevent It
As a licensed esthetician, I’m especially aware of how easily neck wrinkles can form—and how often this area is forgotten in daily skincare routines. If you want to maintain youthful, firm skin, your skincare shouldn’t stop at your chin.
Let me be clear: Your face ends at your breasts.
You should be applying your skincare—cleansers, serums, moisturizers, and SPF—from your face down to your neck, chest, and décolletage. For many people, this step is skipped due to lack of awareness or habit, but it makes a huge difference in how your skin will age. Once you start including these areas in your daily routine, you’ll be thankful in the years to come.
The skin on your neck is thinner and more delicate—similar to the skin around your eyes. This makes it more prone to fine lines, sagging, and visible aging. The neck is actually one of the first areas to show signs of aging, due to factors like sun exposure, loss of collagen, smoking, alcohol, or simply genetics. As elasticity fades, the skin becomes more translucent, allowing veins and uneven tone to become more noticeable.

What Can You Do to Prevent Neck Aging?
So, what can you do about neck wrinkles and premature skin aging?
First, let’s talk about lifestyle choices. As an esthetician, I’ll never recommend smoking—not only is it harmful to your overall health, but it also drastically accelerates the aging process by breaking down collagen and reducing blood flow to the skin.
As for alcohol, occasional drinking on a special occasion is realistic for most people. The key is moderation. Excess alcohol dehydrates the skin, dulls your complexion, and can contribute to long-term skin damage—including on the neck and chest.
One of the most important things you can do? Wear sunscreen daily. Whether you choose a physical sunscreen or a mineral sunscreen, just make sure you’re using one consistently. This isn’t just about preventing wrinkles—sun protection is essential for reducing your risk of skin cancer.
And yes, this applies to all skin tones and races. Melanin-rich skin can still burn and is still vulnerable to UV damage and skin cancer, even if wrinkles develop at a slower rate.
How the Neck, Chin & Jawline Sculpting Wand Works
Wondering how the Neck, Chin & Jawline Sculpting Wand delivers such visible results? It’s all about the science-backed ingredients—starting with a powerful hormone called Irisin.
The sculpting serum inside the wand is formulated to stimulate the natural production of Irisin, a hormone discovered by Harvard Medical researchers. Irisin is released by the body during exercise and is known for its fat-burning and body-sculpting properties. When stimulated topically, it helps:
- Melt stubborn fat under the chin and jawline
- Create a slimmer, more contoured profile in as little as 14 to 30 days
- Convert white fat cells (which store energy) into brown fat cells (which burn energy)
- Support bone health by regulating bone formation and breakdown
- Offer potential cognitive benefits, including protective effects against Alzheimer’s-related decline
Pretty amazing, right?
The wand itself is designed for both efficacy and hygiene. Its airless packaging helps preserve the potency of the serum, while the antimicrobial stainless silver ball provides a smooth, flexible, and clean application every time.
Each wand delivers 104 measured doses, which equals a minimum of 52 days of use when applied morning and night.

Key Benefits
- SBLA Proprietary Fat Melting Complex increases the topical levels of IRISIN* in the body to target fat cells that accumulate under the chin, jaw, and neck area.
- SBLA Proprietary Triple Peptide Blend substantially boosts collagen production to increase skin elasticity and firmness and reduces lines and wrinkles. Tightens, lifts and smoothes crepey skin.
- The SBLA Proprietary Skin Repair Complex Swiss Alpine Rose Leaves stem cells increases skin cell production while reducing line and wrinkles and lifts sagging skin.
- Our proprietary SBLA Skin Repair & Brightening Blend includes Acetyl Glucosamine (aka Amino Acid) to moisturize, brighten & even out skin tone. Repairs & treats sun damage and reduces age spots.
- SBLA Propriety Encapsulated Caffeine reduces puffiness & inflammation and tightens and firms loose skin.
The website states that for best results, continue to use the original sculpting wand along with this wand. To do this you would use the original Neck, Chin & Jawline Sculpting Wand in the morning and throughout the day to increase hydration and absorption and use the Neck Sculpting Wand XL Wand at night.
How to Use the Neck, Chin & Jawline Sculpting Wand XL for Best Results
To maximize the benefits of the Neck, Chin & Jawline Sculpting Wand XL, follow this simple step-by-step routine:
- Start with clean, dry skin, preferably at bedtime.
- Pump the wand to dispense the serum onto the antimicrobial rollerball applicator.
- Gently apply the product along your jawline, chin, and neck, focusing on areas that need tightening and smoothing.
- For targeted fat-melting effects, concentrate on your jowls, sagging skin under the chin, and neck area daily.
- You can also extend the application to your décolleté (upper chest) for firmer, smoother skin in that area.
According to the manufacturer, this fat-melting technology improves skin firmness and contour with consistent nightly use. Most users notice visible results within 14 to 30 days.
If you’re also using the original Neck, Chin & Jawline Sculpting Wand, apply that one in the morning and mid-day, then reserve the XL wand for your evening routine to enhance your skincare results.

What to Expect When Using the Sculpting Wand: Sensations & Results
As with any active skincare treatment, it’s important to be mindful of how your skin feels during use. When applying the Neck, Chin & Jawline Sculpting Wand XL, you may experience a mild tingling or warming sensation on the treated areas of your neck. This is a normal reaction to the serum’s active ingredients and typically subsides quickly.
Don’t worry—this sensation is temporary. Most users find that their skin begins to adjust after a few days, with the tingling and warmth becoming much less noticeable over time as the skin becomes desensitized.
Now, the big question: Does it actually work?
I personally tested the Neck, Chin & Jawline Sculpting Wand XL for a full 52 days, using it both morning and night as recommended. Here’s what I experienced during my trial:
After a few pumps, the serum dispenses from the back of the wand, and the antimicrobial rollerball makes application easy and precise along the jawline and neck. The tool glides smoothly and delivers a consistent amount of product.
During the first few days, I did feel a mild stinging sensation when the serum was applied. It wasn’t unbearable, but it was noticeable—almost like a light sting. Thankfully, this subsided after a few uses as my skin adjusted.
As for results, I noticed a subtle improvement under my chin, especially in terms of smoothness and tone. However, it wasn’t dramatic enough to be clearly visible on camera. It’s worth noting that most skincare treatments take up to 90 days for full results, so with more time, the effects could potentially become more pronounced.
One small tip: when storing the wand, avoid standing it upright without securing the lid. I accidentally knocked mine over, and the lid popped off easily—and in one instance, the rollerball detached as well. It’s simple to clean and snap back into place, but definitely something to keep in mind if you’re traveling or storing it in a crowded space.

Neck Stretching Exercises
I found this video on Eminence Organics Instagram and thought this would be a great example to share with you.
Neck Stretches to Firm Skin and Prevent Wrinkles
Did you know that daily neck stretches can help reduce wrinkles, tighten sagging skin, and boost blood flow for a naturally firmer appearance? Stretching the neck muscles strengthens weak areas, improves circulation, and increases oxygen flow—feeding your skin cells the nourishment they need to stay youthful.
Here are two simple, esthetician-approved neck tightening exercises you can try at home:
1. Tongue-to-Roof Neck Lift
Tilt your head back and look toward the ceiling.
Press the tip of your tongue to the roof of your mouth.
Swallow while keeping the tongue pressed.
Repeat this stretch while tilting your head to the right and then to the left.
This exercise targets the muscles under your chin to reduce the look of a double chin.
2. Skin-Tension Neck Stretch
Place your fingertips at the base of your neck.
Lightly pull the skin downward while you slowly tilt your head back.
Hold for a few seconds.
Then tilt your chin back toward your chest and repeat.
This movement helps improve skin elasticity and encourages a lifting effect over time.
Consistency is key! Incorporate these quick movements into your daily skincare routine to support both the muscles and skin in your neck and décolleté.
Prevent “Tech Neck” by Raising Your Eyeline
If you’re not ready to dive into a full skincare routine for tech neck, there’s a simple lifestyle fix that can help: adjust your screen height.
“Tech neck” is caused by constantly looking down at screens—especially laptops and smartphones—which can lead to neck wrinkles, sagging skin, and poor posture over time.
I used to work exclusively from my laptop, and my face was angled downward for hours at a time. This constant position wasn’t doing my neck any favors. Once I switched to a desktop setup, I noticed a big difference in my posture and how tight my neck felt throughout the day.
Here’s what helped me:
I started using a laptop stand to raise the screen to eye level.
Don’t want to buy a stand? Stack books or boxes underneath your laptop. Just make sure they’re a similar width and stable enough to support it.
Ideally, your screen should be level with your eyes, so you’re not looking down for hours at a time.
It’s not a perfect solution, but even a small adjustment like this can help you prevent tech neck lines and reduce tension in your neck and shoulders. Bonus: it’s great for your posture too!
Here are a few laptop stands I found at Macy’s online.
-
Besign Laptop Stand for Desk Aluminum Computer Stand Riser Holder for Laptop Compatible with MacBook Air Pro, Dell, HP, Lenovo Samsung, Alienware All Laptops 11-15.6″
2. Slickblue Mobile Standing Desk Height-Adjustable Laptop Cart with Split Top and Hanging Hooks
3. Besign MS01 Monitor Stand Riser, Height Adjustable Laptop Stand, Computer Monitor Stand for Monitor, Computer, Laptop, Printer
I tried to find you different styles because not everyone’s needs are the same. If you like where this is going and you want to purchase any of these options or look for more, you can find them at www.Macys.com. Just type in “laptop stand”.
Embracing Aging with a Positive Mindset
Aging is a privilege—not a flaw. It’s a journey that not everyone gets to experience, and how you choose to approach it is entirely personal.
Whether you want to be proactive with anti-aging skincare or prefer a more natural, hands-off approach, both choices are valid. If you’re looking to age gracefully by incorporating firming serums, neck treatments, or lifestyle tips, that’s amazing. If you’d rather let your skin evolve naturally without intervention, that’s beautiful too.
The key is this: your skincare routine should make YOU feel happy and empowered. Your skin is your own, and how you care for it should reflect your own values and goals—not outside pressure.
I hope my tips, product insights, and anti-aging neck care suggestions helped you feel more informed and inspired. If you’re curious, I absolutely encourage you to give the SBLA Beauty Sculpting Wand a try!

[…] Neck Sculpting Wand: Melt Fat Along Jowls & Under Your Chin […]
A super informative post! I learned heaps from this so thank you for sharing
Thank you so much! I learned quite a bit with just researching as well.
Thank you for the honest review along with all the info. I’ve wondered if these tools actually work. It’s definitely something I could use.
My pleasure!
I really appreciated this honest review. It’s refreshing to hear about a natural option for targeting areas like the neck and jawline that often get overlooked. Your before-and-after insights make it so much easier to decide if it’s worth trying—thank you for sharing your experience!
Of course! Like with anything, it takes time to notice results, so just be patient. 🙂
First, I never considered the skin below my chin to be a part of my facial skincare routine, but you are so right! Second, I have to do neck stretches on a daily basis to prevent stiff shoulders and neck. Since I started a few months ago, I’ve been concerned about it causing my neck skin to stretch and sag sooner in life but you have reassured me that if anything I am strengthening my skin which will preserve it’s youthful appearance longer! Thank you so much for this helpful article!
Yes! It’s all connected!
Really great post, very informative!
Thank you!
I love learning about non-invasive options for self-care and feeling more confident. I am definitely curious to give this a try.
Pain isn’t always the answer, so I love giving alternatives.
This is so informative—thank you for sharing! I had no idea how important it is to treat the neck and chest like part of the face. Definitely updating my routine!
Awesome!
Great review. It helps me looking into it more.
Thank you!
